Who We are
Catalyst Tech Assets LLC, SRL is a Panama-registered company established to manage and grow its own capital through strategic investment in technological assets. The company’s activities are limited to the investment of proprietary funds and do not involve the holding, management, or deployment of client assets. The business model is based on capital preservation, disciplined asset allocation, and active trading on reputable exchanges in order to enhance the value of the company’s asset base over time.

Our Mission
The mission of Catalyst Tech Assets LLC, SRL is to build a structured proprietary investment vehicle focused on the growth of shareholder value through the disciplined management and trading of technological assets for its own account.
As part of its strategic implementation plan, the company intends first to establish its operational infrastructure by opening and activating corporate accounts with the trading exchanges and platforms selected for its business model. This initial phase is intended to ensure that the company has the necessary institutional access, transactional capability, and compliance-ready framework in place before substantial capital is deployed.
Once the relevant corporate exchange accounts and supporting operational arrangements are in place, the company will proceed with the planned capital increase by way of shareholder contribution. The capital injection will provide the treasury base required for the commencement of trading and investment activity.
This sequencing is a key element of the company’s strategy. By first completing the exchange onboarding process and only thereafter implementing the capital increase, the company seeks to ensure that contributed funds are introduced into a fully prepared operational environment, capable of supporting immediate deployment, controlled treasury management, and efficient execution of its proprietary trading strategy.
The company’s strategic objective is therefore not only to grow its asset base, but to do so through a staged and well-governed process that prioritises infrastructure readiness, capital protection, and disciplined market participation from the outset.

Why Us

On the B2B side, the company aims to build and maintain relationships with exchanges, OTC desks, liquidity providers, technology platforms, and other corporate counterparties that may support execution, asset access, market intelligence, and future strategic opportunities. The B2B model will primarily strengthen the company’s infrastructure, trading capacity, and long-term market presence.
On the B2C side, the company aims to participate directly in retail-accessible trading environments and digital asset markets through its own accounts, using approved platforms and tools that allow efficient execution, liquidity management, and portfolio growth. This B2C exposure will not involve offering services to retail customers or holding third-party assets, but rather reflects the company’s direct engagement with consumer-facing market infrastructure for its own investment purposes.
